PJF Consulting was founded in 2025 by Paul Farmer, following more than two decades of leadership in business associations, economic development, and community partnerships.
Paul served as CEO of the Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce for ten years and later as CEO of the Monterey County Business Council, guiding organizations through growth, transition, and complex challenges. His career has been marked by bringing people together, fostering collaboration, and transforming bold ideas into measurable results.
Recognizing the need for strategic guidance that blends vision with practical action, Paul launched PJF Consulting to extend this expertise to businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.
